Returns Policy

Purchases made through this website and our stall at events can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your product. Return of purchases of our product made through other businesses are governed by their return policies.

Change of Mind Returns

For a change of mind return your product needs to be in perfect, brand new condition. Change of Mind Returns are not available on wholesale orders. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer. The process to return a change of mind return is detailed below.

Warranty Returns

If your order arrives damaged, or the product is faulty, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We’ll cover the cost of postage for new items (or refund the original postage cost if you ordered from lemonadeplanner.com.au).

Lemonade Planner reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

How to Return a Product

Products Purchased Online

  1. Fill out a Product Returns Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We do not refund items returned without an RMA.
  2. In the event that further information is required, follow the instructions provided by email to establish proof of purchase, and in the case of a warranty return, details of the product fault including images.
  3. When your return has been authorised, you will be emailed with your RMA number, and a reminder of the return arrangements including the shipping address.
  4. The product should be packaged for return shipping. If you reuse the original packaging, make sure the return shipping label completely covers the original shipping label and you follow the guidelines of your choice of courier. We recommend selecting a tracking option for your return as we do not take responsibility for products that go missing in transit to us. In the case of a warranty return, please furnish us with a copy of the shipping invoice for reimbursement.
  5. Once your return reaches our facility, we will refund your order within 3 business days. If the return is because the goods were damaged or faulty and you provided a copy of your shipping invoice, we'll also reimburse the cost of return postage. We’ll send you an email to let you know that the refund has been processed, and funds will then show up in your account within 1-5 business days.

Products Purchased at a Market

  1. Contact us at hello@lemonadeplanner.com.au to request a return. For speed of the returns process, please include your invoice number for proof of purchase and in the case of a warranty return, details of the product fault including images.
