Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from Geelong, Victoria (postcode 3219). Orders usually take between 1 - 2 business days to process. Business days are from Monday through Friday. We let you know your tracking number when the order is processed and ready to ship, so you can track your order from pick up from our facility to delivery to your door. We provide an expected delivery date in the case of Free Local Delivery rather than a tracking link. 

Delivery Services

The service used to deliver your order is based upon the lowest cost option from the following couriers. Local Delivery only applies to the Free Local Delivery shipping option.

Shipping Times

The expected delivery timeframe for your order will be indicated in your shipping tracking information by the delivery service. Current general delivery timeframe expectations can be found on the carriers' websites.

Please note that the shipping couriers are solely responsible for meeting the expected timeframes. These timeframes may take longer during peak seasons and periods of COVID-19 restrictions. We don't have any influence on the package tracking or delivery speed or control over potential delays experienced by the shipping couriers, so we ask you to please be patient if delays occur. Shipping Costs

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping, with free shipping available for selected local delivery areas and during promotional periods. All prices available in your location are available in checkout for you to select from.
