Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped from Geelong, Victoria (postcode 3219). Orders usually take between 1 - 2 business days to process. Business days are from Monday through Friday. We let you know your tracking number when the order is processed and ready to ship, so you can track your order from pick up from our facility to delivery to your door. We provide an expected delivery date in the case of Free Local Delivery rather than a tracking link.
Dispatch Time Guidelines
Orders will be dispatched in one to two business days. In most cases, if you have placed your order by 4:00 pm, you can expect your package to go out with our next collection on the following business day. Tracking details are provided so you can monitor your order's journey.

The expected delivery timeframe for your order will be indicated in your shipping tracking information by the delivery service. Current general delivery timeframe expectations can be found on the carriers' websites.
Please note that the shipping couriers are solely responsible for meeting the expected timeframes. These timeframes may take longer during peak seasons. We don't have any influence on the package tracking or delivery speed or control over potential delays experienced by the shipping couriers, so we ask you to please be patient if delays occur. If the delivery delay has exceeded a reasonable expectation for delivery, please contact us. To assist with the speed of your enquiry, please include the order number.
Shipping Costs
We offer $10 flat-rate shipping, with free shipping available for orders over $50 and during promotional periods.
